The Wayne Kerr 1025 Grounded Component Probe allows 6500 series analyzers to make ground-referenced impedance measurements between 1 kHz and 120 MHz. A standard 6500 analyzer is unable to measure components that have one terminal directly referenced to ground; the 1J1025 Probe however provides a solution to this restriction.
