The Unisource HPM100A Datalogging Standby Power Meter is a power meter for measuring standby/consumption power(0.009W-3750W), electric power and power rate as well as CO2 emissions. The HPM100A is perfect for use with a surprisingly large number of electrical products such as PC’s, TVs, Microwave ovens, Washers and Driers, Air conditioners, etc. that cannot be switched off completely without being unplugged. These products draw power for 24 hours a day which power consumption we call "standby power".
There are some meters in the market to measure this standby power. Unfortunately, the cost for some meters is too high or their accuracy is to poor for the low-cost ones. The HPM-100A features wide measurement input range, Data Logger, GUI Program, etc. as well as enabling the easy conversion of electric power usage data into electric charge and amount of CO2 emission values.
