The 20250-02 features Minimum/Maximum/Average, Hold, °F/°C or Kelvin (K) selectable units, relative time stamp on Min/Max/Avg, electronic off set function and auto power-off to save on battery power. Model 20250-02 is a dual-input thermometer with front control buttons, temperature differential, and data logging of up to 18,000 readings. USB interface lets you easily download data to a PC for analysis.
