The Traceable 18004-31 Precision Sentry Digital Thermometer with NIST-Traceable Calibration/Bullet Probe features a triple display which constantly shows high, low, and current temperatures. The sensor and 10 foot cable can be placed underwater, in a refrigerator, or a freezer. Unplugging the cable activates a sensor for monitoring ambient temperature.
The Traceable 18004-31 Precision Sentry Digital Thermometer simultaneously displays Min/Max and current temperature with a simple-one key-reset. The 18004-31 also features a bullet probe and includes a NIST-Traceable certificate from a A2LA accredited (1750.01) calibration laboratory.
