The Testo 0603 0646 Flexible Oven Probe (thermocouple type T) can be used for temperature measurement at high temperatures (up to 250 degrees C). It is heat-resistant, because the probe cable is made of PTFE. You can use it, for example, for monitoring the temperature in the oven during food preparation.
