The Telestream WFM2300-DBE adds the Software License for Dolby E Metadata Analysis and Test Signals to the user's WFM2300 Waveform Monitor. With this option, Dolby E audio streams can be monitored and a peak level audio bar display and metadata information are available.

The Telestream WFM2300-DBE adds the Software License for Dolby E Metadata Analysis and Test Signals to the user's WFM2300 Waveform Monitor. With this option, Dolby E audio streams can be monitored and a peak level audio bar display and metadata information are available. The Dolby Status Display gives the user an in-depth view of discrete audio or VANC metadata and Dolby E Guard Band timing and synchronization. User-configurable thresholds for the Dolby E Guard Band timing measurement are available as well as triggering alarms based on their specific guard band parameters. The peak level data in the Dolby metadata is also displayed as a bar graph for checking the presence of the signal. The support of Dolby E audio generation provides easy access to Dolby E audio reference and test signals within modern broadcast facilities. Dolby E test signal streams can be generated at the AES output or embedded in the SDI test signal output.
This option is factory-installed and must be purchased with the WFM2300 Waveform Monitor.
