The Teledyne LeCroy WS3KFG adds a Function Generator to a single Teledyne LeCroy Wavesurfer 3000 oscilloscopes. Capable of frequencies up to 25 MHz, and a sample rate of 125 MS/s, the WS3K-FG can output multiple waveform types. Waveform types include square, sine, pulse, triangle, noise, DC, and arbitrary.
