The SCS CTM051 Handheld Ground Pro Meter is a comprehensive instrument that measures the ground connection of equipment in accordance with Grounding standard ANSI/ESD S6.1 and ANSI/ESD S20.20. The CTM051 also measures AC and DC voltage on the ground as well as the presence of high-frequency noise or electromagnetic interference (EMI) on the ground, alerting to possible functionality problems, such as tool lockups, erratic behavior and parametric errors
