The RIDGID 83350 Cable Cutter is designed to shear-cut insulated aluminum and copper cable through 1 3/8" diameter and 750 MCM. Not designed to cut steel or ACSR cables. Drop-forged, heat-treated, alloy steel jaws shear cable with minimum distortion of internal wires. Fitted with fiberglass-insulated handles and rubber grips.
