The AF-012 Mini Fiber Microscope is designed for inspecting fiber ends, to look for dirt, impurities and oils that might interfere with signal transmission. It includes a universal 2.5 mm adapter for inspecting ST, SC or FC connectors, as well as a 1.25 mm adapter to inspect LC ferrule connectors. The AF012 microscope uses an oblique and coaxial LED light (powered by 2 AA batteries, included).
