The Phase II 900-450 Universal Hardness Tester is designed to have the test forced applied via a closed-loop control unit with a load cell, DC motor, and electronic measurement and control unit which replaces traditional dead weights. The automated Z-axis allows for the user to simply press start and having testing be performed automatically.
