The system is fast and simple to operate, with features designed to avoid potentially dangerous power cables and other services as efficiently as possible. The Easyloc receiver shows the signal level received and marks the maximum with a marker.

The Easy-clamp is connected to the Easyloc TX Transmitter and installed around the cable for effective route tracing. The 890008854 House US-Based Connection Set (not included) allows users to quickly and easily track the services leading from the house to the main line. This set consists of connecting cables for standard 13A safety electrical sockets, cable TV, and telephone sockets. To send a signal directly to the house connection, the transmitter is connected to the relevant socket. For locating non-metallic pipes, the 810696 Sonde (not included) can be utilized. For use of the equipment even in loud environments, the 90042856 Headphones (not included) are available.
