The Mastercool 70060 45° Eccentric Flaring Tool Kit with Reamer/Tube Cutter (1/4 in. to 7/8 in.) includes the 70059 which is capable of making perfect flares for up to 7/8 inch outer diameter tubing. Flaring applications are enhanced with the 71685 Inner-Outer Reamer and 70033 Tube Cutter.
