The Hioki 3159-02 is a combination insultation resistance as well as voltage enurance tester. The 315902 tests insulation resistance at 500V or 1000V and withstand voltage of up to 500VA in sequence. It continuously performs insulation testing and voltage endurance testing of electrical equipment and parts, doing both tests in a simpler and more efficient way. The 3159-02 implements all the applicable safety standars, and is light and compact.
