The CPS Products BlackMax BTLH5E Hydraulic Tube Expander Kit includes a premium hydraulic swaging tool that uses the power of hydraulics to quickly and easily expand the ends of soft copper and aluminum tube in HVAC/R systems. Swaged tube ends eliminate the need for separate tube fittings.
- 5 quick change, aluminum heads for swaging
- For 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8" O.D. tube
- Heads and steel expander blades are identical and interchangeable with Model BTLE9
- Premium, compact, cast aluminum hydraulic expander tool
- 5 quick change, aluminum heads for swaging 3/8 in., 1/2 in., 5/8 in., 3/4 in., 7/8 in. O.D. tube
- Heads are identical to, and fully interchangeable with Model BTLE9 manually operated tube expander
- Steel expander blades are replaceable and identical to blades used in Model BTLE9
