The Benchmark Scientific D1032-10 Prefilled 2.0mL Tubes contain an appropriate amount of 1.0mm diameter zirconium (ceramic) beads for bead homogenization. The tubes are ready to use: beads are acid washed and heat treated and certified to be nuclease and protease free. Tubes are filled in a process tested by qPCR to be free of stray DNA. Suitable for homogenization of fungi, spores, algae and larger yeasts . The tubes are suitable for use in most bead homogenizers including the BeadBug 3, BeadBug 6 and BeadBlaster 24.
