The Weller WR5000M Multi-Channel Digital Rework System includes both the WR3ME Multi-Channel Rework Station and WR2 Dual Channel Digital Power Unit, providing a total 700 watts of power over five independently controlled channels. Both power units are ESD safe, equipped with automatic tool recognition, and feature a large intuitive LCD display that shows critical functions. The WR3ME ensures continuous productivity and low operational costs with no end of cycle hot air cool down time. The WR3ME furthermore offers sustainability for new tool developments with a field accessible firmware update port. The extremely capable WR2 Station meanwhile has the power to efficiently repair state-of-the-art electronic sub-assemblies and also includes programmable temperature presets to allow for immediate temperature selection.

The Weller WR5000M Multi-Channel Digital Rework System also consists of multiple soldering and desoldering tools, including the WP65 Soldering Iron for maximum power and energy efficient performance; the WMRPMS Micro Soldering Iron for microscope work; the DSX120 Desoldering Iron for a wide range of professional rework applications; the WMRTMS Micro Desoldering Tweezers for precise desoldering of very small SMD components; and the HAP200 Hot Air Iron for precisely delivering hot air to SMD components. The WR5000M system furthermore includes stands and tips for each tool.
