The DXV80 iron uses threadless DX Series desoldering tiplets and is equipped with a disposable solder trap for quick and easy clean out. A vacuum delay feature allows solder to reach the collection chamber before the vacuum is shut off to avoid clogging. The optional WCB1 control module provides temperature lock-out for process control, temperature set-back for extended tip life, and ° F to ° C conversion.
