The Testo 106KIT Food Thermometer Kit features the 106 Food Probe Thermometer which can measure the core temperature of food quickly and reliably. Results are extremely fast in which up to two temperature measurements per second will appear. With the TopSafe protective case, this tool becomes both waterproof and dirt-resistant.

The Testo 106 (0563 1063) Food Core Thermometer Kit includes the 106 Food Core Thermometer, which is especially fast and robust. The thermometer's small handy shape means it is always close to hand and ready for use. Thanks to its very thin and robust measurement tip, it is excellently suited to core temperature checks in gastronomy, hotels, large kitchens, supermarkets etc. The optional dishwasher-safe TopSafe protects the instrument from dirt, water and impact. If required, upper and lower limit values can be stored in the instrument; as soon as these values are violated, audible and optical warning signals are given. This alarm function and the automatic final value recognition facilitate measurement and support you in recognizing and interpreting measurement values quickly and correctly.

The Testo 106 Food Core Thermometer Kit is also supplied with a TopSafe Protective Case. The TopSafe case is EN 13485 compliant with an IP67 protection class. As a result, it is dishwasher proof, waterproof and dirt resistant.
