The Tektronix TCP404XL AC/DC Current Probe, 2 MHz/500A DC provides current measurement capabilities of 500A (750A) DC continuous. The Tektronix TCPA400 amplifier, when used with Tektronix TCP404XL, provides a wide range of current measurement capability and spans the gap between low-level milliamp measurements to very high current levels.
