The Tektronix THDP0100 100 MHz, 100X / 1000X High-Voltage Differential Probe has a differential dynamic range capability that allows users to safely measure up to ±6000 V. It supports bandwidths up to 100 MHz and slew rates up to 2500 V/ns at 1/1000 gain. Two sizes of hook tips have overrange visual and audible indicators which warn users when they are exceeding the linear range of the probe.
