The SCS CTM04821 EM Eye ESD Event Meter serves as a measuring instrument for most ESD signals. This model measures the magnitude of ESD events. This meter also estimates the events’ magnitude for CDM, HBM and MM models. It can provide approximate values for some ESD events using proprietary algorithms.
