The Robinair 13117 Replacement Stem Assembly Kit is designed for use with the 16330 UV Leak Detection Kit in which the offset rotary vanes create the deep vacuum conditions needed for a thorough evacuation. The gas ballast feature keeps the pump oil clean by reducing the condensation of moisture. The Iso-Valve works to isolate the pump from the system for simple measurements of rate of rise.
