Preamplified Probe lets you Measure Tiny Signals Without Loading! FET/MMIC Preamp in Probe Broadband gain Light loading. An FET with an MMIC amplifier provides for 15 dB of gain from 450 KHz to over 150 MHz. The power is sent up the slender scope lead, not requiring any extra wiring or a thick ungainly cable.
