The Promax HD RANGER+ TV and Satellite Analyser is a universal analyser that covers a comprehensive mix of broadcast standards around the globe. The latest developments in broadcast technology such as DVB-T/C/S/S2 (DVB-T/C/S also included) with MPEG-2 as well as MPEG-4 video is managed effortlessly within the product.

One of the most noticeable and stunning features on the new Promax HD RANGER+ TV and Satellite Analyser is the ultra fast spectrum analyser. As soon as you use the analyser you will experience this outstanding feature as one of the major changes we have adopted in the new product allowing you to sweep faster and more accurately.

The introduction of the latest technology within the product allows you to display multiple screens either overlapped together or in a split screen format.

It is now possible to measure and decode multistream channels with HD RANGER+. In order to do so the ISI FILTERING must be enabled under the settings menu of the analyser as shown on the picture below.

We can then enter a specific stream identifier that will be used by the analyser to recover the corresponding transport stream, service list and programme data.

Although this field analyser has different no-error satellite identification functions, technicians working with these systems are often requested by the satellite operators to search for the "Beacon" signal as a mean of satellite identification.

This requires high resolution, high sensitivity and fast sweep times which are all readily available in the HD RANGER+ product.

The datalogger (automatic measurements adquisition and storing) is a classic function available in high end meters now taken to the next level in HD RANGER+.

Automatic measurement adquisition is now part of the new installation concept. The installation manager allows you to have all the information related to a specific installation or maintenance work conveniently classified together in the same folder: channel plans, DiSEqC commands, screen captures and of course, datalogger files.

Just run the application and the instrument will take all the measurements required automatically, channel power, carrier/noise, BER, MER, etc...
