The Onset U1201502 HOBO 5 in. Stainless Probe Temperature Data Logger is ideal for monitoring the internal temperature of food or for any application where a fast response is crucial. The 5 inch probe allows for less direct contact with measurement media. This logger can withstand harsh process conditions due to the food-grade stainless steel housing and broad temperature range.
