The Oakton WD-19505-40 CON560 monitors are used to measure conductivity and temperature values in applications such as water treatment and monitoring, plating, chemical processing, or food processing. The monitors have user-friendly features like menu-driven programs and calibrations that are easily performed with the push button key pad. All setup and calibration parameters are retained in nonvolatile memory to prevent data loss during power outages.
Measurements can be compensated for temperature variations automatically or manually. Independent calibration and process temperatures can be set when manual temperature compensation is used. All values, operational, and error messages are indicated on the large, dual-line LCD. The units are powered by an universal (110/220 VAC) to 9 VDC power adapter (included). Order 2- or 4-electrode conductivity cells separately.
The CON 560 controller has additional features including two switching contacts as set point relays. The relays have separately adjustable high and low set point hysteresis (dead bands) to prevent relay chattering. The relays feature a 0 to 2000 second time delay to prevent false alarms and unneeded control. The WD1950540 also features a backlit and UV light protected display.
