patented, unique "T" brings new meaning to the words
"easy-to-read." An oversized display area means larger characters and
annunciators allowing the user to concentrate on making the proper measurements. For even greater readability in any lighting condition, the
220 includes Wavetek Meterman's exclusive new Digi-Glo™ backlight, the
brightest and most evenly lighted DMM display available. It also includes a
bargraph to provide digital + analog reading.

This auto ranging DMM includes
powerful, Tech-Preferred features that are easy to use and further distinguish
them as the smart choice of professionals everywhere. Simple button selection or
the unique menu-driven selection of features such as Probe-Hold, Max/Min reading
hold, Relative (delta) Reading mode and Range Locking. Display and audible
annunciators warn the user when measuring potentially hazardous ranges, and
fully-fused current inputs add to measuring safety. High quality test leads and
the extra protection provided by an anti-skid rubber holster are also included.
