The Megger MIT4152 Insulation and Continuity Tester has been designed for electrical testing by utilities, industrial, commercial and domestic electricians. The wide range of test voltages makes the MIT415/2 ideal for the engineer or technician involved with combined applications of both communications circuits and power circuits such as would be found in elevator service/repair and routine maintenance.
- Test Voltage: 10V/25V/50V/100V/250V/500V
- Offers wide range of test voltages for multiple applications: 10V, 25V, 50V, 100V, 250V, 500V
- 10V and 100V ranges ideal for ESD testing
- 25V and 50V ranges suitable for signal cable insulation testing
- Continuity testing at 200 mA or 20 mA from 0.01 ohm to 999 kiloohmss
- Insulation testing ranges from 1 gigaohm to 50 gigaohms
- Includes Polarization Index (PI) and Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR) function
- Test lock function keeps insulation test on continuously
- Large backlit display combines analog arc with dual digital readout
- Measures voltage up to 600 V TRMS AC and 600 V DC
- Detects live voltages and inhibits insulation testing above user-selected thresholds
- Suitable for use on CAT IV applications and supply voltages to 600 V
- Tough, ABS housing absorbs shocks and provides excellent grip
- Weatherproof case rated to IP54
