These adaptors provide an interface for Kenwood DC regulated power supplies so that their voltage setting, current setting and OUTPUT switch position can be controlled through the GP-IB bus. The GP610A is designed for use with the PA-A Series power supplies, and the GP610D is designed for use with the PD Series power supplies.

Features

Conforms to IEEE-488-1978

The interface function conforming to the IEE-488-1978 standard enables safer control by providing the SRQ (Service Request) function which detects abnormality in the controlled power supplies, etc.

Control of PA-A or PD-A Series Power Supplies

With mutually-insulated three D/A outputs, the GP610A/610D can control the voltage or current of up to three power supplies. Outputs A and B use 12-bit D/A converters with binary inputs for highly accurate setting (while output C uses an 8-bit binary-input D/A converter).
