The RAMCHECK LX DDR2/DDR1 (part number INN-8686-DDR2+1) is our state-of-the-art
"combo" tester for DDR2 and DDR DIMMs that comply with Jedec standards. Designed
to help your bottom line, RAMCHECK LX DDR2/DDR1 provides you with memory tests
that are fast and hassle-free.
The RAMCHECK LX DDR2/DDR1 tester is compatible with all existing RAMCHECK
adapters, including the DIMMCHECK 168 adapter for testing PC133/100/66 SDRAM. To
switch from testing one memory format to another, just swap out the adapters.
You can also upgrade RAMCHECK LX DDR2/DDR1 in the field, with free firmware
upgrades that you can download from our website. A PC communication program is
also included which allows you to print and log the test results, plus
store/edit/program the module's SPD information.
RAMCHECK LX DDR2/DDR1 requires no setup to use. Plug in the adapter (DDR2, DDR
Pro, etc.,) turn the RAMCHECK LX unit on, insert a memory module into the test
socket and then press the start button.
The RAMCHECK LX DDR2/DDR1 is modular and very user friendly. But don't let its
small size fool you! RAMCHECK LX is loaded with state-of-the-art electronic
components. In fact, RAMCHECK LX DDR2/DDR1 tester has features commonly found in
testers costing 10 times more. |

Basic Test screen shows the size,
the speed, the voltage, the test pattern, the module's bank and the
CAS Latency. This example shows testing at 667MHz with an automatic
setting of CAS Latency to the default value of CL=4 for this
frequency. |

with a clear 'Pass' message and with distinguishing sound tones.
Important parameters are shown in this screen, followed by a
detailed test results summary screen. |

screens are also added to the Test Log. |

Test Log collects and retains all
intermediary test results while the memory devices undergo all of
the test phases. The Test Log remains until a new test is initiated.
The Test Log may be uploaded to a PC for printing via the USB
interface. You can also save the file. |
