RAMCHECK DDR2 can be used "right out of the box." No lengthy
manuals to wade through, no complex set up procedures to follow. Simply turn the
unit on, insert your memory module into the rugged test socket, then press the
start button. (Of course, RAMCHECK DDR2 allows you to define your own testing
parameters if your application requires it.)
RAMCHECK DDR2 is easy to upgrade. Just download the latest firmware updates from
our website. A powerful PC interface is included, providing you with everything
you need to log, print and save your test results. A convenient SPD wizard is
even included for viewing and programming SPD information.

RAMCHECK DDR2 240-PIN ADAPTER (Included)
Introducing the RAMCHECK DDR2 Adapter (p/n INN-8668-12), the latest advanced
memory test adapter for RAMCHECK. The RAMCHECK DDR2 adapter supports testing
of 240-pin PC2-3200, PC2-4300, PC2-5300/PC2-5400 and PC2-6400 DDR2 memory,
including unbuffered and registered modules (ECC and non-ECC) that comply
with JEDEC standards. It is also upward compatible with PC2-6400 DDR2 memory
modules (please refer to the DDR2 frequency support table below).
The new DDR2 adapter plugs into the existing RAMCHECK base tester. This
makes the DDR2 adapter by far the most cost-effective solution for testing
modern high-speed DDR2 modules. In fact, its features are what you would
expect to find in test equipment that costs $20,000 or more.
Don't let the adapter's small size fool you! High speed operations require
short connections, while the adapter is loaded with state-of-the-art
electronic components. Considering that 2GB DDR2 modules sell for $400, and
4GB DDR2 modules sell for $1800, the RAMCHECK DDR2 Adapter will quickly pay

DDR2 Frequency Support
The new RAMCHECK DDR2 adapter can perform DDR2 tests at actual test
frequencies up to 667MHz. Modules designed for 800MHz can be functionally
tested on the DDR2 adapter but at a reduced frequency. The DDR2 test engine
can achieve 800MHz internal diagnostic speeds. Please see the product
