  • We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards.  This includes Government IMPAC cards.
  • Purchase order terms for Corporate and Educational Institution and Government orders are net 30 days pending credit approval.
Minimum Order
    There is a $25.00 minimum order total, not including shipping costs.

International Orders
    In order to process your non-USA/non-Canadian order, we will need both of the following documents faxed to us at +1 781.665.0780

  • And a copy of the front and back of your credit card

We will only ship to the address shown on your credit card statement, which will be verified by the card-issuing bank.

Leasing
    Leasing is available for purchases through a recognized third party leasing company for those customers who prefer to preserve working capital or who want the flexibility offered by lease financing. The minimum lease amount is $2,000 and a variety of terms are available. Online orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).  C.O.D. shipments are available.

  • UPS Ground:  Delivered anywhere in the Continental United States* within 6 business days.
  • UPS Next Day Air:  Delivered anywhere in the 50 United States and Puerto Rico on the next business day by 10:30 AM, Noon, or end of day depending on destination (Noon or 1:30 OM on Saturdays).
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver (PM Delivery): Delivered anywhere in the 50 United States and Puerto Rico on the next business day by 3:00 or 4:30 PM to commercial destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or noon, respectively.  Residential deliveries to UPS Next Day Air Saver destinations receive delivery by end of day.  This service is not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air is committed for end of day.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivered anywhere in the Continental United States* within 2 business days.  UPS 2nd Day Air service provides substantial savings compared to the rates for overnight air service.
  • UPS 3rd Day Air: Delivered anywhere in the Continental United States* within 3 business days.
  • UPS Canada Standard Service: Delivered anywhere in all of Canada's ten provinces.
  • UPS Worldwide Express: Delivered within 1 or 2 business days, depending on the destination.  Guaranteed door-to-door, customs-cleared delivery to more than 200 countries and territories.

Package Tracking
    Orders that have been shipped via UPS can be tracked via UPS.com Package Tracking.  You will need a tracking number.  You may also email  for tracking information.

Return Policy
  All returns must be authorized. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.  Call toll-free 800.517.8431 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Items returned to us must be sent freight pre-paid and insured.
New Equipment Returns
    New equipment may be returned for warranty repair/exchange to us within thirty (30) days of the purchase date if proven to be defective.  After thirty (30) days, returns will be handled directly by the manufacturer.  Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., will be subject to a repair charge.

Non-Defective new equipment will be accepted only if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manual(s), accessories, packing material and carton. A restocking fee of up to 20% of purchase price may apply.  Special orders are non-returnable.

Used Equipment Returns
    Upon receipt of used equipment returns, units will be evaluated to determine if repair or exchange is covered under warranty.  Warranty period is stipulated in our written quotation and/or your Purchase Order.  At our discretion we will repair, replace or credit the price paid for the unit.

Non-Defective used equipment will typically not be accepted for return unless a prior right-of-refusal period has been agreed in writing with your Account Manager.
