The Benchmark Scientific E4500LD SmartGlow Loading Dye with Stain for Nucleic Acid Gels is supplied at six times the concentration and can be added directly to the chosen samples. No dye is needed to be added to the gel or running buffer. Once electrophoretic separation is complete, the user can view and document results using an UV or blue light illuminator.
- Replaces hazardous Ethidium Bromide (EtBr)
- Emits green fluorescence when bound to dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA
