Details

The Benchmark Scientific E5001SD SmartDoc 2.0 is an add-on system developed for safely viewing nucleic acids in agarose gels and capturing quality digital images with a smartphone camera. The enclosure is meant to be used directly on any exisiting UV or Blue Light Transilluminator. An extending adapter can be inserted for full dimension imaging of gels up to 15 x 15 cm or removed for close up pictures. Additional filters are avaliable for imaging gels on a Blue Light or UV Transilluminator.
