| The PHVS Series
is the "Giant" under the range of small HV x1000 attenuation
probes. Designed for use with oscilloscopes with maximum input voltages of
2 V/div., they can measure peak pulse voltage up to 6.0 kV. These high
voltage probes are designed per IEC 61010-0-031 to maximize the breakdown
voltage. Accessories supplied with these probes are specifically designed
to fit these probes. |
