| These high
voltage probes have a x1000 attenuation ratio and are designed for the use with
oscilloscopes that allow maximum input voltages of 2V/div., in order to measure
voltage and impulse values over 1500 V. They are designed per IEC
61010-0-031 to maximize the breakdown voltage. The 5.0 kV peak pulse
models are insulated internally using special materials. Accessories
supplied with these probes are specifically designed to fit these probes. |
