voltage x100 attenuation probes are designed per IEC 61010-0-031 to maximize the
breakdown voltage. The 5.0 and 6.0 kV peak pulse models are insulated
internally using special materials. Accessories supplied with these probes
are specifically designed to fit these probes. |
